believed that when we breathe consciously our transparency increases.
Positive energy surrounds us and we become
less dependent on others. For a peaceful mind it is necessary to avoid any
arguments, contradictions and in all this
the mind avoids clarifications and solution, to be real, this is a near
sighted solution, when you see the effect of the same, it is more disastrous
than a fight. Arguments are part of life if you don’t argue that means you are
either a robot, or you don’t love the person enough to bother yourself with ,
no matter what relation it is, holding on to it is required, but with directions,
